Jessica Rial - President and Cook Team Lead
Hey, Y'all it's Jessie! I am a Senior here at Western, I took an extra year to finish my BFA or as I call it Senior year pt 1& 2. My concentration is in photography which has been a passion of mine since I was young, learning from my mom doing sports photos. Plus, I adore cooking and baking, always down to talk about food. My home is Nashville Tennessee, but the mountains of Cullowhee are a beautiful second home. I found BSF my Freshman year and have never looked back for it brought me a found family and a wonderful faith community. You meet people from all walks of life and grow in your faith together. I look forward to an amazing final year at WCU and making it the best one I can as President.
Cameron Baines - Vice President
I am in my Senior year of ECET Engineering Program. I am a commuter from Bryson City. I love BSF because it gives me a place to be with people of the same faith and make friends with people who can uplift each other through the difficult time that is university.

James Wall - Discipleship Coordinator
I'm a Computer Science Major and I'm originally from Chicago, but I live in Sylva now. I love the community at BSF and how much of an emphasis on Bible centered fellowship there is. I am a huge nerd, with a lot of varied interests.
Kaitlyn Cabaniss - New Student Advisor
Hey guys! My name is Kaitlyn Cabaniss. I am a Senior studying Broadcasting and Inclusive Education. I’m from Kannapolis, NC and can often be found hanging out with friends or reading Wikipedia in my free time. BSF is my home away from home. These are some of the best people you will meet. It’s such a joy to spend time in the word with one another and to fellowship with each other! I hope everyone can come and be apart of this special community!

I am the 2024-2025 Co-Social Networking Coordinator and I am so excited for the role. I enjoy speaking French and reading a colossal amount of books. I found BSF through Valley Ballyhoo last year, and instantly fell in love. I have met some of my best friends here and I am looking forward to what the next year brings. Hello! I'm Maddy Oakes, and I'm a Junior studying Environmental Science with a Minor in Natural Resource Management. I'm from Fairview, NC (it's right outside Asheville) and am so grateful I get to study in my mountains at Western. I love BSF because of how close-knit it is. I'm really able to make friends here and I love being able to witness other people's faith. As Community Outreach Coordinator I'm always looking for needs in the community or evangelism ideas, so let me know if you have either! I'm looking forward to working with everyone this semester.
